火焰原子吸收光谱法测定饮用天然矿泉水中锌、锂、锶的方法验证

摘 要:本文采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定饮用天然矿泉水中的锌、锂、锶含量,对方法中涉及的“人”“机”“料”“环”“法”5个方面进行验证,并对验证结果进行分析,结果表明方法验证中涉及的5个方面均符合要求,结果具有参考价值。

Validation of Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry for Determination of Zinc, Lithium and Strontium in Drinking Natural Mineral Water

Abstract: This article uses flame atomic absorption spectroscopy to determine the content of zinc, lithium, and strontium in natural mineral water for drinking. The five aspects involved in the method, namely human, machine, material, ring, and method, are validated, and the validation results are analyzed. The results show that all five aspects involved in the method validation meet the requirements, and the results have reference value.

锂、锶、锌均为人体必需的微量元素,锂能提高人体的免疫能力,改善造血功能;锌能促进人体生长发育;锶是人体骨骼生长不可或缺的物质,因此准确测定饮用天然矿泉水中锌、锂、锶的含量具有重要意义。(剩余3789字)
