食品检验检测机构质量管理中存在的常见问题及分析
摘 要:针对当前形势下食品检验检测机构在“双随机、一公开”检查中发现的问题,本文根据法律法规、国家标准、规章制度要求等,汇总食品检验检测机构存在的常见问题,并对其问题来源进行分析和阐释,旨在为指导食品检验检测机构正确认识问题、理解问题、纠正问题以及提升质量管理水平提供借鉴。

Abstract: In view of the problems found in the “double random, one open” inspection of food inspection and testing institutions under the current situation, this paper summarizes the common problems existing in food inspection and testing institutions according to laws and regulations, national standards, rules and regulations requirements, and analyzes and explains the sources of problems. The purpose is to provide reference for guiding food inspection and testing institutions to correctly understand, correct and improve the quality management level.
