基于风险评估的食品安全质量管理策略优化

摘 要:近年来,食品安全风险评估工作逐渐受到各相关部门的重视,为了优化食品安全质量管理策略,必须对我国目前食品安全质量管理体系中存在的问题进行剖析,切实保障我国居民“舌尖上的安全”。基于此,本文提出了食品安全质量管理策略优化,以期为相关部门制定相关对策提供依据。

Abstract: In recent years, food safety risk assessment has gradually received attention from relevant departments. In order to optimize food safety and quality management strategies, it is necessary to analyze the problems existing in China’s current food safety and quality management system, and effectively ensure the “safety on the tongue” of Chinese residents. Based on this, this article proposes the optimization of food safety and quality management strategies, in order to provide a basis for relevant departments to formulate relevant countermeasures.
