AbstractSlepdisordersarecommon clinical manifestations intheprogresioofcirhosis，withaprevalenceofapproximately （204号 42% to 65% .Thesedisorders present in various forms，including insomnia，daytime sleepiness，andsleep-wake cycle inversion.Cirrosisndsleepdisordersexhbitadirectioalelatioship.Ononehand，theseverityfihosisisposivelyoelatd withthe prevalenceofsleepdisorders；ontheotherhand，poorsleepqualityexacerbates liver inflammation，promotestheprogressionoffbrosis，ndeasstssoietypriondfriluatelypctigptintalitflied sis.Thisviciouscycleunderscores theneedforgreatercinicalatention.Thisreviewsummarizestherecentadvances inthepatho genesisndspecificmanifestationsofsleepdisordersinihosisofdifrentetologies，mingtohancecliniciansawres， improve prognosis，and elevate the quality of life forpatientswith cirrhosis.
