Effects of Graded Nursing Management on Sleep Quality of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

AbstractObjective：To exploretheeffectsof gradednursing management on sleepqualityof patientswith cerebral hemorhage.Methods：Atotalof96patients withcerebralhemorhageadmitedtoJian'ou CityHosipitalfromJanuaryO21toDecember 023 wereenrolled and dividedinto thecontrolgroup（48cases，routinenursing）and the experimental group（48cases， gradednursingmanagement）according toandomnumbertable method.Thesleepquality，negativeemotio，neurologicalfunction andsatisfaction wereobservedResults：Thescoresof sleepquality，sleepdisorder，sleeptime，sleepeficiency，sleeptimeand daytime dysfunction of experimental group after nursing were lower than those of control group with P<0.05 . After nursing，HAMA，SDS and NIHSS scores in experimental group were better than those of the control group（ P<0.05 ）. After nursing，38 cases were satisfied in the reference group（ 79.17% ） and 45 cases in the experimental group（93.75%）. Satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of conteol group with P<0.05 . Conclusion ： Applying graded nursing management to patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve their sleep quality and satisfaction.
