Impacts of Clinical Pathway-based Detailed Interventions on Sleep Quality in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthriti

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheimpactsofimplementingclinical pathways-baseddetailedinterventionsontheimprovement of lifequalityandslepqualityinpatientswithrheumatoidarthritis.Methods：Atotalof98patients withrheumatoidarthritisadmitedtotheRheumatologyandImmunologyDepartmentof theFirstAfiliatedHospitalofXiamen UniversityfromJune2022to February2O24 wereselectedas thestudysubjects.Theywererandomlydivided intoacontrol groupandanobservationgroupusingarandomnumbertablemethod，with49patients ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutinenursing，whiletheobservationgroupreceiveddetailedinterventions basedonclinicalpathways.TePitsburgh SleepQualityIndex（PSQI）wasused tocomparethechanges insleepqualitybeforeandafter intervention.The Numerical Rating Scale（NRS）wasusedtocompare thepain perception beforeandafterintervention.Andtheslepqualityqualficationrateofthetwogroupsof patientswas compared.Results：Afterintervention，theNRSandPSQIscoresoftheoservationgroup weresignificantlylowerthanthoseof the control groupandthequalifiedrateofslepqualitywassignificantlyhigherthanthatof thecontrolgroup.Thediferencesbetween the two groups were statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：The implementation of detailed interventions based on clinical pathways inpatientswithhumatoidartritishassignificant efects，fectivelyimprovingslpqualityandreducingpain，nd is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
