Efficacy of Amlodipine Combined with Enalapril in the Treatment of Elderly Hypertension andItsImpactson Patients'SleepQuality

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigate whetherthecombinationtherapyofamlodipineandenalaprilcanimprove bloodpressureand sleepmanagementefects inelderlypatients withhypertensionthroughcomparativestudies.Methods：Subjectswereselectedfrom hypertensivepatientsadmittedtohospitalfromFebruary2O23toJanuary2O24.Theenroled patientsweredividedintocontrol group（ n=40 ，amlodipine monotherapy）and observation group（ n=40 ，amlodipine combined with enalapril） according to random number tablemethod.Theefectsof sseep management，blood pressure managementandvascularendothelialfunctionintwo groups werecompared.Results：Compared with thecontrol group，theobservation grouphadalonger totalsleeptime，ahigher proportion of REM sleep cycles，a lower proportion of NREM stages 1 and 2，a higher proportion of NREM stages 3 and 4，lower AHI， higher minimumoxygensaturation，lowerSQIindex，ore significantblood presure management efects，andlowerlevelsf vascularendothelial injuryindicatorssuchasNOandVEGF.Thecomparative statisticalresultsoftheabovedata weresignificant （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：The combinationtherapy strategyof amlodipine and enalapril has been proven to have significant advantages in improving sleep disorders and promoting disease management in hypertensive patients.
