Analysis on Status and Influencing Factors of Sleep Disorders in ICU Nurses in Sichuan Province

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatethestatus of sleepqualityofICUnurses in Sichuanprovince，andanalyzeitsinfluencingfactorsto mprovethestatusofslepdisorders inICUnurses inSichuan province.Methods：Atotalof361ICUnursesfrom16Grade （204号 Il and Class Ahospitals in Sichuan Provincefrom March 2O23 to May2O23 were studiedasresearch subjects byproportional stratifiedclustersampling.Pitsburgh SlpQualityIndexwasusedtoinvestigateandthedata wereanalyzed.Results：The incidence of sleep disorders in ICU nurses in Sichuan province was 57.9% ，and the total PSQI score was（ 8.53±3.57 ）. The influencingfactorsofsepdisoders inICUnurses weregender，workpressre，monthlynghtshiftfrequencyegativeemotiofatigue， chronic disease，physical exercise habits，cafeinedrink intake，naphabits.Conclusion：Thesleepdisordersin ICUnurses inSichuanprovincearecausedbymanyfactors.Nursesand managersshouldpayatentiontotherelatedriskfactorsandtakecoresponding intervention measures to improve the sleep quality of ICU nurses.
