Observation of the Therapeutic Effects of Shenfu Injection on Sleep Quality in Patients with Acute H

AbstractObjective：ToexploretheefectsofcombinedtreatmentofShenfu injectionand westernmedicineonpatients withacuteheartfailure，andtoobserve itsefectsonpatients’slepquality.Methods：Atotalof2OOpatientswithacuteheartflureadmitedto theEmergencyDepartmentofNanjing HospitalofTraditional Chinese Medicinefrom January219 toJanuary2024 were selected asthe studysubjects.They wererandomlydividedintoacontrol groupandanobservationgroupusingarandom number table metod，with10Opatientsineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedbasictreatment intervention；Theoservationgroupreceived Shenfu injectiononthebasis ofthecontrol group.The Pitsburgh SleepQuality Index（PSQI）wasused tocompare the changes in sleepqualitybetween two groups beforeandafterintervention.The Minnesota HeartFailure QualityofLife Scale（MLHFQ）wasusedtoevaluate thelifequalityof thetwo groups beforeandafterintervention.The myocardial injurymarkers（ncluding N-terminal probrainnatriureticpeptide levels，creatinekinase，creatine kinaseisoenzmelevels）and inflammatoryfactors （including high-sensitivityC-reactiveproteinandtumornecrosisfactoralpha）ofthetwogroupswereobserved.ResultsAfter treatment，the MLHFQscoresoftheobservationgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseof hecontrolgroup，andthePSQIscores of theobservationgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup.Aftertreatment，thelevelsofN-terminalprobrain natriuretic peptide，creatine kinase，creatine kinase isoenzyme，high-sensitivity C-reactive protein，andtumor necrosis factor α in bothgroups decreased，andtheobservationgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthecontrol group.Thediferencesbetweehetwo groups were statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：The combination of Shenfu injection and western medicine treatment caneffectivelyreducethelevelsofcardiacfunctionrelatedindicatorsand inflammatoryfactors inpatientswithacutehartfailure. It can also improve the daily life quality and sleep status of patients.
