Application of “Internet Plus"-based Chronic Disease Management in Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease during Remission and Its Impacts on Sleep Quality

AbstractObjective：Toexplore theapplicationof chronic disease managementunderthebackgroundof“Internet plus”inpatientswithinflammatoryboweldiseaseinremisionanditsimpactontheirsleepqualityMethods：Atotalof72patientswith inflammatoryboweldiseaseadmitedtotheDepartmentofGastroenterologyattheFirstAfliatedHospitalofXiamenUniversityfrom September 2022 to September 2023were selectedasthestudy subjects.Theywererandomlydivided intoacontrol groupand an observation groupusing arandom number table method，with36 patients ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutine nursing intervention，andtheobservationgroupreceived“Internet plus"-basedchronicdisease managementonthebasisofroutineursing.The self-careabilityscale（ESCA）wasused toevaluate thehealth knowledge levelandself-careresponsibilityoftwogroups， thechronicdiseaseself-eficacyscale（CDSS）wasused toevaluatetheself-effcacyof two groups.Thesymptom self-asssment scale（SCL-9O）was used to evaluate the mental health status of two groups.Tthe Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）was used to evaluate theslepqualityof two groups.Andthe InflammatoryBowel Disease QualityofLife Scale（IBDQ）wasused to evaluate thelife quality.Results：TheESCA scoreandCDSSscoreofself-managementabilityintheobservationgroup were higher than those in the reference group（ P<0.05） ； The psychological health status and sleep quality score of the observation group patients were lower than those of the reference group，and their qualityof life was higher thanthatof the reference group（ P<0.05 ） . Conclusion：Theapplicationof“Internetplus”-basedchronicdisease managementinpatients with inflammatoryboweldiseaseinremissionstagecnectivelyproetients’self-anagementaity，elf-acysyhologicalatus，palitydr life quality.
