Effects of Comfort Nursing on Improving Slep Quality in Patients with Mild and Medium Craniocerebral Trauma

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefectsofcomfort nursingonsleepqualityinpatients withmildand moderatecraniocerebral trauma.Methods：Atotalof1O6patientswithmildand moderatecraniocerebral traumaadmitedtoourhospitalfromJanuary2021 to December 2O23weredivided intocontrol group（routine nursing）and intervention group（comfort nursing）byrandom number table method.Theslepqualitycomfortlevelandcomplicationrateof thetwogroupswerecompared.Results：Beforeursing，the scores of sleep quality in the two groups were consistent ， P>0.05 ； After nursing，the sleep quality scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group（ P<0.05） .Before nursing，the comfort scores of the two groups were basically consistent， P>0.05 ； After nursing，the comfort scores of intervention group were higher than those of control group（ P<0.05 ） . The total incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group， P<0.05 . Conclusion ： Comfort nursinginterventionforpatientswithmildandmoderatecraniocerebraltraumacansignificantlyimprovetheirslepquality，hance their comfort level，and reduce the incidence of related complications，and has high application value.
