AbstractObjective:To investigatetheefectsof intensiveswallowing trainingonpatientswithobstructivesleepapnea(OSA) complicatedwithdysphagiaafterstroke.Methods:FromJanuary2022to January2O24,80patients withOSAcombinedwithdysphagiaafterstrokeadmited toourhospital wererandomlyasigned totwo groupsusingarandom number table:acontrol group andanobservation group.Thecontrolgroupunderwent standardswallowing training, whiletheobservationgroupwassubjectedto intensiveswalowingtraining.Allpatientswere treatedfor4 weeks.Tefunctionaloralfedingscale(FOIS),StandardSwallowing Function Evaluation Scale(SSA),sleepstructureandeficacyofthetwo groups werecompared.Results:Post-treatment,tetherapeutic outcomes in the experimental group surpassed those observed in the control group( P<0.05) . After the treatment, there was a notable difference in the FOIS and SSA scores between the two groups( P<0.05 ). There were significant differences in mean blood oxygen saturation( MSaO2 ),sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI),rapid eye movement(REM) and minimum blood oxygen saturation( LSaO2 ) between 2 groups after treatment( P<0.05 ). Conclusion:For patients with sleep apnea complicated with dysphagiaafterstroke, intensiveswalowingtraining canbeusedfortreatment, whichcan significantlyimprovetheswallowing function and sleep status of patients.
