AbstractSleepisoneofthemost basic lifeactivitiesof humanbeings.Sleepdisorders seriouslyafectthequalityof lifeand physical and mental healthofadults,whichhasbecomeacommonconcerof peopleinthecontemporarysociety.At present,most studiesshowed thatsportshadsignificantefects inimproving human sleepeficiencyand improving sleepquality.Thisstudysorts out thecurrentrelevant studies athomeandabroad usingthemethodofliteraturereview,and mainlysummarizes fromthe folowing aspects:theefectsof sportsonadult sleepdisorders,theparametersof sportsonadult sleepdisorders,andthe mechanismof sportsonadultslepdisorders.Onthisbasis,thisstudyisreviewed toprovideareferenceforsubsequentrelevantresearchers.
