Effects of Family Nursing Combined with Incentive Nursing on Self-efficacy andSleepQualityinPatientswithAnxietyDisorder

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefectsoffamilynursingcombinedwithincentivenursingonself-eficacyandslepquality of patientswithanxietydisorder.Methods：Atotalof82patients withanxietydisorderfromFebruary2O23to March2O24 wereelectedanddividedintotwo groups with41 patients ineach groupbyrandom numbertable method.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutine nursing，while the study groupreceived family nursing combined with incentive nursing.The sleepquality，diseasecoping style，self-careabilityandself-eficacyofthetwogroupsbeforeandafterthenursing interventionwerecompared.ResultsBefore nursing，there was no statistically significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups（ P>0.05 ） ； After nursing， the scores of sleep quality of the study group were lower（ P<0.05， ）. Before nursing，there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of various coping strategies between the two groups of diseases（ P>0.05 ）；After nursing，the scores of disease copingstrategiesintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup，andthediferencewasstatisticallsigificant （ P<0.05 ）. Before nursing，there was no statisticall significant diference inself-care ability scoresbetween the two groups（ P> 0.05）.After nursing，theself-careabilityscoreoftheobservatiogroupwas higherthanthatofthecontrolgroup，andthediference was statistically significant（ P<0.05） ；Before nursing，there was no statistically significant difference in self-efficacy scores between the two groups（ P>0.05 ）；After nursing，the observation group had a higher self-effcacy score with a statistically significant difference（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： Family nursing combined with incentive nursing can significantly improve the sleep qualityofpatientswithanxietydisorder，nhancetheirconfidenceintreatment，andimprovetheirself-careabilityandslficacy.
