Abstract： With the continuous increase in people's attention to food safety，the issue of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables has received growing atention. High-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry （HPLC-MS）technology， with its high sensitivity，high selectivity，and powerful qualitative and quantitative capabilities，has demonstrated unique advantages in the field of pesticide residue detection.This paper elaborates on the principle andcharacteristicsofHPLC-MS technology indetail，systematicallyreviews its application status inthe detection of various pesticide residues in fruitsand vegetables，and deeplyanalyzes the currnt research challenges and future development trends，aiming to provide a reference for the further appication ofthis technology in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.
