Analysis of Existing Problems and Countermeasures in Food Testing Technology in Food Safety Supervision

Abstract： With the rapid development of the food industry and the improvement of public health awareness， food safety supervision faces higher requirements. As a core means of supervision， the application effciency of food detection technology directly afects the qualityofsupervision. This paper systematically analyzes existing problems from four dimensions： technology selection， equipment configuration， talent development，and technological innovation，and proposes targeted solutions.The aimis to construct a scientific，eficient，and sustainable food detection technology system， providing a reference for improving the food safety supervision mechanism.
