Analysis of Existing Problems and Countermeasures in Food Testing Technology in Food Safety Supervision

Abstract: With the rapid development of the food industry and the improvement of public health awareness, food safety supervision faces higher requirements. As a core means of supervision, the application effciency of food detection technology directly afects the qualityofsupervision. This paper systematically analyzes existing problems from four dimensions: technology selection, equipment configuration, talent development,and technological innovation,and proposes targeted solutions.The aimis to construct a scientific,eficient,and sustainable food detection technology system, providing a reference for improving the food safety supervision mechanism.
