Simultaneous Determination of Eight Non-Steroidal AntiInflammatory Drugs in Food by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract: A high-performance liquid chromatography method was established to determine the content of 8 kinds of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs illegally added to food. 1g of the sample was weighed, 10mL of 1% glacial acetic acid methanol solution was added for ultrasonic extraction, separated by C18 column (250mm× 4.6mm , 5μm ),and thephosphoric acid aqueous solution with pH=2.5 wasused as mobile phaseAand methanol as mobile phase B for gradient elution,and the detection wavelength was 220nm ,and the external standard method was used for quantitative quantification.The results showed that the 8 NSAIDs had a good linear relationship with their corresponding chromatographic peak areas in the range of 0.5μg⋅mL-1 to 20.0μg⋅mL-1 ,and the correlation coefcients were all above 0.999.The method has good acuracy and precision,and is suitable forthe detection of non-steroidal anti-inflammatorydrugsinfood.
