Abstract： In recent years，quality and safety issues of livestock and poultry products have occurred frequently， especially the problem of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry products， which seriously threatens the health of consumers.Based on this，this paper analyzes in detail the hazards and causes of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry products，and proposes efective prevention and control measures， with the aim of providing a reference for ensuring the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products.

随着畜牧业的规模化和集约化发展，部分养殖户为获取经济效益，在养殖过程中不遵守休药期规定、滥用或误用兽药、使用劣质或禁用兽药、非法添加违禁药物等，导致畜禽产品中的药物残留现象濒发。（剩余4189字）
