Research on the Supervision of Food Safety in Online Ordering

Abstract: With the rise of “Internet +,, , the online food ordering industry has developed rapidly. Services such as online ordering have brought convenience and good dining experiences to people, while also promoting the developmentof the catering industry.However,food safety incidents in online food ordering occur frequently. In this paper,combined with the current situation of online food ordering supervision and the problems existing in online food ordering supervision, targeted optimization countermeasures are proposed, in order to provide reference for relevant enterprises, governments and consumers.
