Innovative Application of Intelligent Supervision Technology in Food Safety Supervision Sampling

Abstract： This article focuses on the innovative application of inteligent supervision technology in the sampling of food safety supervision and random inspection，and explores its signifcant importance in enhancing supervision effciency，optimizing resoure allocation and ensuring food safety.The traditional manual sampling inspection mode has problems such as low efficiency，highcost and insuffcientcoverage.However，intelligent supervision technology integrates data analysis，artificial intellgence and big data，promoting the transformationof the sampling process towards automation and intelligence，improving the accuracy and effciency of sampling inspection，optimizing the allocation of supervision resources，and providing technical support for the modernization offood safetysupervision. This article introduces thecore concepts and advantages of intelligent supervision technology，deeply analyzes its application in the formulation，implementation，risk assessment and resource allcation of sampling plans， and analyzes the practical cases and achievements of this technology，with the aim of promoting the innovative development of intelligent supervision technology in the sampling offood safety supervision and sampling inspection.
