餐饮业食品安全监督管理优化路径探究
Exploration of Optimization Path for Food Safety Supervision and Management in the Catering Industry

Abstract: Fod safety in catering industry is directly related to people's health and social stability.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the current food safety supervision and management of thecatering industry, and puts forward targeted optimization paths from the aspects of publicity and education, special inspection, source management, aiming to build a modern supervision system of“government led,enterprise main responsibility,and social co governance",so as to provide safety guarantee for the high-quality development ofthe catering industry.
