Determinationof1OPesticideResiduesinFruits and Vegetables by QuEChERS Combined with Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: Objective: Based on gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) technology, combined with the QuEChERS pretreatment method,a detection method for the simultaneous determinationof 10 pesticideresidues in fruits and vegetables was constructed.Method: Acetonitrile was used as the extraction solvent. After the fruit and vegetable samples were salted out bythe extraction salt coating,the supernatant was purified and extracted by PSA,and the detection was caried out under the multiple reaction monitoring mode of GC-MS/MS. Result: The 10 pesticides showed good linearity in the range of 0.02~0.50μg/mL-1 ,with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.998 1 to 0.999 9. The method detection limits were from 0.001mg-1kg-1 to 0.008mg.kg-1 ,the spiked recovery rates were from 75.4% to 113.7% ,and the relative standard deviations were from 1.4% to 9.6% . Conclusion: This methodis simple,rapid,andsensitive,and is suitable for the simultaneous detectionof10pesticides in fruitsand vegetables.
