Determination of 9 Contaminants in Wine Corks by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

Abstract： In this study，9 kinds of polutants in wine cork were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that the correlation coefficients were ⩾ 0.998 8 ，the limit of detection was 1ng⋅mL-1 ，the limit of quantification was 3ng⋅mL-1 ，the average recovery was 63.7% to 117.2% ，and the relative standard deviation was 2.0% to 16.1% ：
