Prevention Strategies of Safety Hazards in Food Laboratory ExperimentProcesses

Abstract: With the increasing demand for food safety testing,the safety management of food laboratories has becomea core link to ensure thequalityof testingand the healthof personnel.This article sorts out the potential safety hazards existing in food laboratories in aspects such as the storage of chemical reagents,the maintenance of instruments and equipment, the safety literacyof personnel,and environmentalcontrol,and proposes targeted prevention and control strategies to enhance the risk response capabilities of laboratories and provide safety guarantees for food safety testing work.
