Abstract: With the development of scale and automation in the dairy industry, antibiotic residues have become a key risk restrictingquality and safety. The traditional sampling model has limitations inresponse timeliness and traceabilityand itisdifficult toadapt totheneedsofprocess-based risk management.Thisarticlesystematically analyzes the process adaptabilityoftechnologies such as rapid detection, precision detection, and intellgent sensing, and constructs aquality control closed-loop model with“detection-feedback-blocking-review-traceability”as the core. The study pointed out that the value of antibiotic detection lies in its process-driven function and system governance role.On this basis,a hierarchical embedding strategy and platform colaboration suggestions suitable for small and medium-sized dairy companies are proposed, aiming to promote detection management from resultoriented to process-oriented.
