Determination of Three Sweeteners Including Acesulfame in Ampelopsis grossedentata TeabyUPLC-MS/MS

Abstract: In this paper, an ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer was established for the determination of acesulfame potassium,cyclamate and alitame in Ampelopsis grossedentata tea. The Ampelopsis grossedentata tea samples were extracted by pure water vortex ultrasonication,and then centrifuged with precipitant precipitation. With 5 mmol L-1 ammonium acetate water- 0.1% forme methanol was used as mobile phase,gradient elution was used,Atlantis T3columnseparation,external standard qantification,and multi-reaction monitoring negative ion mode scanning.The results showed thatthe three sweeteners had a good linear relationship within their respective linear ranges ( (R2>0.999) , and the limit of quantification was 0.003mg.kg-1 to 0.007mg.kg-1 The recovery rate of spike under the three levels was 83.02% to 99.52% ,and the relative standard deviation was less than or equal to 8.02% ,which met the detection requirements. This detection method is simple,reproducible, sensitive,and environmentally friendly,and can be used for the detection and daily monitoring of acesulfame potassium, cyclamate and alitame in Ampelopsis grossedentata tea.
