Abstract： This article starts with the mainrisk categories offood safety，sorts outthe hazardcharacteristics of biological，chemicaland physical risks，explores the technical pathsand managementcountermeasures to improve the accuracy of risk assessment， and proposes a dynamic early warning strategy framework based on multi-dimensional monitoring.The analysis emphasizes the importance ofdata integration，model adaptation and personnel capacity building forrisk assessment，and advocates strengthening the effectivenessofrisk early warning through intellgent monitoring networks and coordinated response mechanisms，providing theoretical reference for improving the food safety governance system.
