Research on the Application of Modern Biotechnology in Food Detection

Abstract: With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the public's health awareness is increasing dayby day.Food safety issues have become the focus of public atention. Modern biotechnology,with itsunique advantages,has shown great appication potential and value in the field of food testing.This paper conducts research from multiple dimensions such as the characteristics,application advantages, main technical typesand practical applications of modern biotechnology,systematically expounds the actual application situations of different modern biotechnologies in food testing,and provides theoretical references and practical guidance for promoting the upgrading of food safety testing technology and ensuring food quality and safety.
