Determination of the Content of Five Ginsenosides in HealthCare Food Ginseng Royal Jelly Oral Liquid

Abstract： Objective：To establish a method for simultaneous determination of the contents offive ginsenosides in ginseng royal jelly oral liquid by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）.Method： After ultrasonic extraction with methanol，dilution and fitration，the samples were subjected to gradient elution using a CAPCELL PAK- C18 MG I column with water-acetonitrile as the mobile phase，and HPLC detection was performed. Result： The linear relationship of ginsenoside Rgl， ，ginsenoside Re， ginsenoside Rb1， ginsenoside Rb3 ， and ginsenoside Rd was good r⩾0.999 8 ），with an average recovery rate of 97.4%～105.7%， ，and an relative standard deviation of （20 0.9%～1.3% . Conclusion： The method is simple to operate，accurate in results，and has good repeatability， and can be used for the determination of the contents of five ginsenosides in ginseng royal jelly oral liquid.
