The Application of Pesticide Residue Detection Technology in Food Testing

Abstract： This article conducts in-depth research on the application of pesticide residue detection technology in food testing. It systematically reviews the commonly used pesticide residue detection technologies， including chromatography，spectroscopy，immunoassay，etc.，analyzes their principles，haracteristics，and practical apication effects in diffrent food testing scenarios.At the same time，optimization strategies and development directions are proposed，aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for ensuring food safety and improving the efficiencyand accuracyof pesticideresiduedetection.
