Quality Control Issues and Optimization Strategies for Veterinary Drug Residue Detection in Animal Products

Abstract： With the widespread application of veterinary drugs in modern animal husbandry and the continuous improvement of food safety standards，the qualitycontrol of veterinary drug residue detection in livestock products faces new chalenges.Based on the current status of veterinary drug residue detection in livestock products，this paper systematically analyzes the problems of non-standard application of detection methods，improper sample pretreatment，inaccurate interpretationofdetection data，and insuffcient performance guaranteeof instruments and equipment，and proposes corresponding optimization strategies to provide technical support for ensuring thequality and safety of livestock products.
