Abstract: As a core analytical method in the field of food detection,the application effect of liquid chromatography technology directly affects the effctiveness of food safety supervision.This paper systematically Sorts out the common problems of liquid chromatography technology in food detection,such as improper selection of pretreatment methods,lagging equipment maintenance and management, insuficient professional capabilities of detection personnel,and weak control of the detection environment,and puts forward targeted solutions.
