Abstract： With the continuous improvement of public awareness of food safety， the application value of portablerapid testing devices in grassroots food safety regulation is becoming increasingly prominent.This article systematically analyzes the current application status of portable rapid testing devices in grassroots food safety regulation，delving into issues such as insuffcient accuracyof testing technologyanda lack of professional skills among grassroots personnel.It also proposes optimization strategiessuch as strengtheningthe assurance of technical accuracy and establishing a profesional talent training system，aiming to enhance the application effectiveness of portable rapid testing devices in grassroots food safety regulation.
