Research on the Application of Microbial Detection Technology in Food Safety Inspection

Abstract: Microbiological testing is an important means ofconducting food safety inspections.Testing harmful microorganisms and genetically modified components in foodcan quickly identify potential food risk factors and effectivelysafeguard the public's life,health and legitimate rights and interests. With the advancement of technology, modernmicrobiological testing techniques have been continuously improved and developed.Based on this,this paper systematically expounds the specific application of microbial detection technology in food inspection,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical reference for ensuring food safetyand promoting the stable developmentof the food industry.
