Abstract： Blockchain technology， with its decentralized， tamper-proof and traceable characteristics，provides a newtechnical path for food safety information management.This article explains its application advantages in food safety information traceability，analyzes the technical，privacyand socialcognitionchallenges faced incurent applications，and proposes targeted solutions，inorder to providea theoreticalreference forimproving the food safety governance system.
