Determination of Residual Sodium Pentachlorophenol in Fresh Eggs by GC-MS/MS Method

Abstract： A method for determining residual sodium pentachlorophenol in fresh eggs using gas chromatographytandemmass spectrometry（GC-MS/MS）is established.This article purifies interfering substances through specific pretreatment steps，derivatizes with acetic anhydride pyridine solution，and determines by GC-MS/MS，quantifies by internal standard method. The results show that the method has good linearity， with a recovery range of 86% to 106% relative standard deviation of 3.3% 10 8.3% ， and a quantification limit of 0.2μg⋅kg-1 . It is more sensitive than existing national standard methods and can meet the daily detection needs of egg products.
