Abstract： Currnt kindergartencolordesignremains largelydecorativeandstatic，falingshortofthedynamic modulationand individualadaptationrequiredforexecutivefunctiondevelopment.Toaddressthislimitation，thisstudyintroducesthecocept ofadynamiccolor environment，grounded intheoriesofcolorpsychologyand executive function.Itsystematicallyanalyzes theunderlying mechanismsacrossfour dimensions：emotionalregulation，cognitiveload management，attentionguidance， andcircadianrhythmcoordination.Furthermore，the studyproposes the“D-R-A-C”construction framework，whichoutlinesa fourfoldpathwaydevelopmentorienteddesign，responsiveadaptation，appropriategradualism，andhuman-techologysyergy. Thegoalis totransition kindergartenenvironments fromaestheticdecoration todevelopmentalsupport，therebyenhancing the construction of children's core cognitive abilities.
