Abstract：This studyisbasedonanartisticperspectiveandfocusesonthecolorevolutionandinnovativepracticeof"boneles （Mogu）"flower and bird paintings fromthe Song Dynasty to the present.Bydeconstructing the colors ofboneless flower and bird paintingsfromthe Tang Dynasty to the Five Dynasties，Song DynastyMingand Qing Dynasties，modern times and contemporarytimes，thisstudydeeplyexplors thevisualefectsandpictoralimplicationsofbonelessflowerandbirdpaintings undertheinfluenceofmultipledimensionssuchastheacademypaintingschol，waterandpowdercolisiontechniquesand theories，andmodematerals.Whileiheritingtesiritoffreestylebrushworkflowerandbirdpaintings，paintersofallages activelyabsorbnew elementsofsocialcultureand technological development，which promotes thecontinuous evolutionof the colorlanguageand styleofbonelessflowerandbirdpaintings.Thisstudyprovidesareferenceforadeeperunderstandingofthe coloraestheticsandartisticvalueofChinesebonelessflowerandbird pantings，andalsoprovidesareferenceforthere-creation and dissemination of traditional paintings in the new era.
