Abstract：This paper specifically focusesontheresearchofthevisualcommunicationeffectofcolordesigninmoderngraphic design.Byanalyzingthebasicatributesandtheoreticalbasisofcolordesign，aswellasthecharacteristicsanddemandsof moderngraphic design，itfurther proposes specific strategies fortheapplication ofcolorin different designscenarios and summarizesthe methods and paths to enhance the visual communication efect.Itaims to provide theoretical guidance and practical referencefor the inovation of modern graphic design，achieve precise transmission of information and emotions， enhance thevisualcommunicationefectof graphic design works，and promotethe high-level developmentofmoderngraphic design.
