高职院校早期教育专业职前职后培养策略研究

——以雅安职业技术学院为例

摘 要 本研究以雅安职业技术学院为例，探讨高职院校早期教育专业职前职后培养策略，分析了早期教育专业人才培养理论及职前职后培养模式，阐述了雅安职业技术学院早期教育专业职前培养的课程设置、教学方法与实习实训基地建设，以及职后培养的继续教育与培训体系、行业交流与合作，为其他高职院校提供参考和借鉴。

Research on the Strategy of Pre service and Post service Training for

Early Education Majors in Vocational Colleges

——Taking Ya'an Vocational and Technical College as an Example

Abstract This study takes Ya'an Vocational and Technical College as an example to explore the pre service and post service training strategies for early education majors in vocational colleges. This article analyzes the theory of talent cultivation in early education majors and the pre service and post service training models. It elaborates on the curriculum design， teaching methods， and construction of internship and training bases for early education majors in Ya'an Vocational and Technical College， as well as the continuing education and training system， industry exchanges， and cooperation for post service training. It provides reference and inspiration for other vocational colleges.
