基于学生心理需求的大学思政教育个性化教学方法研究
摘 要 文章从当前大学思政教育的现状与所面临的挑战出发,关注学生心理需求的多样性和思政教育方法的创新。文章首先分析大学生在求知欲、自我实现、社交需求以及情感认同等方面的心理需求,以需求和培养目标为导向,提出几种个性化的思政教育方法,旨在更好地满足学生的心理需求,提升思想政治教育的实效性和针对性。

Research on Personalized Teaching Methods for College Ideological and
Political Education Based on Students' Psychological Needs

Abstract Starting from the current situation and challenges of ideological and political education in higher education, this article pays special attention to the diversity of students' psychological needs and the innovation of ideological and political education methods. The article first analyzes the psychological needs of college students in terms of thirst for knowledge, self-actualization, social needs, and emotional identification. Guided by these needs and training objectives, several personalized ideological and political education methods are proposed to better meet students' psychological needs and enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education.
