产教融合视角下职业教育校企合作人才培养模式研究

摘 要 随着经济的快速发展和技术的持续进步，企业对职业技能人才的需求日益增长，传统人才培养模式已难以满足现代产业发展的多元化需求。文章通过对产教融合视角下职业教育校企合作人才培养模式的分析，找出当前所存在的问题，并提出相应的解决对策，以期为产教融合视角下职业教育校企合作人才培养模式的优化提供指导。

Research on the Training Mode of Vocational Education School Enterprises

under the Perspective of Production and Education Integration

Abstract With the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of technology， the demand of enterprises for vocational skills talents is increasing day by day. The traditional talent training mode has been difficult to meet the diversified needs of modern industrial development. Based on the analysis of the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents in vocational education from the perspective of industry-education integration， this paper finds out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions， so as to provide guidance for the optimization of the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents in vocational education from the perspective of industry-education integration.
