高职院校预聘长聘制教师引进、考核机制设计探析

摘 要 随着国家提出推行高校教师编制管理、聘用制度改革,实行预聘长聘(准聘长聘)结合,部分高职院校也逐步开展了教师预聘长聘制度的实践。文章分析了高职院校建立完善科学的预聘长聘教师引进、考核等管理制度,提升人才引进、考核工作水平的有关问题并提出相关措施。

The Study of the Recruit and Assessment Mechanism Design of Pre-employment

and Long-term Employment Teacher in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract With the national proposal to implement reforms in the management and employment system of university teachers, and the combination of pre-employment and long-term employment (pre-employment and long-term employment), some vocational colleges have gradually carried out the practice of teacher pre-employment and long-term employment system. This article analyzes the establishment and improvement of a scientific management system for the introduction and assessment of pre hired and long-term teachers in vocational colleges, and proposes relevant measures to enhance the level of talent introduction and assessment work.
