乡村小学壮语文教师培养课程改革行动研究
摘 要 文章以南宁师范大学为例,围绕培养“民族融情”“德技并修”核心关联课程内容,通过变革课程整合方式,创新课程生成模式,提供匹配性本土性课程资源和文化体验实践活动,以及职前职后双向互促的可持续成长支持等行动组合途径,探索“本土化”壮语文教师的精准化培养和适应性发展。

Action Research on Curriculum Reform for Training Chinese Language Teachers in Rural Primary Schools

Abstract Taking Nanning Normal University as an example, this article explores the precise training and adaptive development of "localized" Zhuang Chinese language teachers by focusing on the core related course content of cultivating "ethnic integration" and "moral and technical integration". Through reforming the course integration method, innovating the course generation mode, providing matching local course resources and cultural experience practice activities, as well as providing sustainable growth support for pre service and post service mutual promotion.
