摘 要 文章在剖析工匠精神的内涵和现代学徒制的本质的基础上,深入分析了工匠精神与现代学徒制的内在契合点,并从跨学科融合、引入国际元素、创新评价体系等方面提出高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式的创新策略,以期为高职教育质量提升和学生职业素养培养提供理论与实践参考。

Exploration of Modern Apprenticeship Talent Training Model in

Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Craftsman Spirit

Abstract On the basis of analyzing the connotation of craftsmanship spirit and the essence of modern apprenticeship system, this article delves into the inherent connection between craftsmanship spirit and modern apprenticeship system, and proposes innovative strategies for talent cultivation mode of modern apprenticeship system in vocational colleges from the perspectives of interdisciplinary integration, introduction of international elements, and innovative evaluation system, in order to provide theoretical and practical references for improving the quality of vocational education and cultivating students' professional qualities.
