摘要文章通过对高校学生社区的实施现状进行分析，针对学生社区多方管理主体角色定位，提出加强顶层设计―基层实践通力协作；党建引领“一站式”学生社区管理发展；兼顾要约性与自愿性，倡导学生全员参与；建强学生社区管理队伍；完善学生社区信息化建设等途径，探索构建“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式的创新性研究。关键词学生社区；管理主体；管理模式

Abstract  This paper analyzes the current situation of the implementation of college student community， and puts forward to strengthen the cooperation between top-level design and grass-roots practice; Party building leads the development of "one-stop" student community management; Give consideration to both offer and voluntariness， and advocate full participation of students; Build and strengthen the student community management team; Improve the information construction of student community， and explore the innovative research on the construction of "one-stop" comprehensive management mode of student community.
