借助“学生科技社团开放实验室”模式培养大学生的创新能力

摘要以“学生科技社团+开放实验室”的运行模式培养学生的创新能力。文章通过在指导教师工作量、实验室运行机制、学生科技社团经费保障机制等方面进行改革,充分调动了指导教师的积极性,确保了学生科技社团的运行经费和场地,保障了学生创新活动的开展。结果表明,这些改革显著提升了学生的创新意识和创新能力。

Cultivate College StudentsInnovation Ability by Means of the Mode of"Student Science and Technology Association + Open Laboratory"

Abstract  The innovation ability of college students was explored based on a mode of "science and technology associationand open laboratory". By reforming the workload of supervising teacher, the operating mechanism of the laboratory andinvestment mechanism, the enthusiasm of the supervising teacher was well mobilized. Therefore, the funds and venues forthe science and technology association and the innovation ability ofthe college students could be ensured. The results showedthat these reforms can improve the students' innovation consciousness and innovation ability.
