Abstract：Theconstructionofideologicalandpoliticaleducationincoursesisthegoal-orientedimplementatinofthe fundamentaltaskofcultivatingvirtuesandshapingindividuals.Thisarticlesystematicallconstructstheideoogicalandpolitical educatiomodelforthecourseofHealthEconomicfromtheperspectivesoftheobjectives，ideologicalandpoliticalcontent， ideologicalandpoliticalexpositionintegrationofideologyandpolitics，ideologicalandpoliticalprocess，andideologicaland politicalevaluation.Furthermore，itanalyzestheteachngfectivenessandnlightenmentofideologicalandpoliticalducatioin thecourse HealthEconomics，aiming toprovidereferencesandinsightsfortheconstructionorreformofsimilarcourses ideological and political education.
