Abstract：WiththedevelopmentofChina'seconomyandsociety，thereisagrowingdemandforhigh-levelandapplied specialized talents.Postgraduateswithprofessonalmaster'sdegreehavebecomethemainstream ingraduateschoolaplications， bothintermsofquantityandquality.Inrecentyears，Shanxi UniverstyofScienceandTechnologyhasstrengthenedcooperation withlocalenterprisesintheprocessofcultivatingpostgraduateswithprofessionalmastersdegre.Theyhavebuiltasupot systemforgraduateeducation，focusingonenhancinggraduates’profesionalcompetencethroughcuriculumdesign，practical training，ideologicalandpolitcaleducation，andbaseconstruction.Thishasformedafour-inone"educationalmodelbasedon profesionalcompetence，whichmtstherequirementsofpostgaduateswitprofesionalmastersdegreeAtthesametiethey havealsocontributedagroupofhigh-levelapliedspecializedtalentstotheregionaleconomicdevelopmentandindustrial transformation and upgrading in our province.
