Abstract：Asthemostimportantnational energystrategyatthisstage，carbonpeakingandcarbonneutraityare characterizedbyadiverseporflioofdisciplines，arichvarietyoftopicsandadiversityofenergyforms.Therefore，itposesa seriouschallengetotraditionalpostgraduatetrainingmode，andthereisanurgentneedtoestablishanewpostgraduatetalent trainingsystem，improvethetargetorientationandstrategicleadership，andrealizetheprecisealignmentofpostgraduatetraining withthestrategicgoalof "carbonpeakingandneutraity".Therefore，thePDGP（Project-Discipline-Group-Postgraduate）training modelisproposed，i.e.tobuildacross-scaletrainingsystemof"ProjectDscipline-Group-Postgraduate".Acomprehesive trainingmodelhasbeenformedbasedontheconstructionofthecuriculumsystem，withthelinkagemechanismwithinthe HarbinInstituteofTechnologyasthehub，theconstructionofdualplatformsforextracuicularpracticeandinovative developmentasthekeylever，and"carbonpeakingandneutrality"ideologicalandpoliticaleducationasthespiritual core.
