Abstract:Asthemostimportantnational energystrategyatthisstage,carbonpeakingandcarbonneutraityare characterizedbyadiverseporflioofdisciplines,arichvarietyoftopicsandadiversityofenergyforms.Therefore,itposesa seriouschallengetotraditionalpostgraduatetrainingmode,andthereisanurgentneedtoestablishanewpostgraduatetalent trainingsystem,improvethetargetorientationandstrategicleadership,andrealizetheprecisealignmentofpostgraduatetraining withthestrategicgoalof "carbonpeakingandneutraity".Therefore,thePDGP(Project-Discipline-Group-Postgraduate)training modelisproposed,i.e.tobuildacross-scaletrainingsystemof"ProjectDscipline-Group-Postgraduate".Acomprehesive trainingmodelhasbeenformedbasedontheconstructionofthecuriculumsystem,withthelinkagemechanismwithinthe HarbinInstituteofTechnologyasthehub,theconstructionofdualplatformsforextracuicularpracticeandinovative developmentasthekeylever,and"carbonpeakingandneutrality"ideologicalandpoliticaleducationasthespiritual core.
